In London, Hattie Shaw and her MI6 team attempt to retrieve a programmable supervirus named ‘Snowflake’ from terrorist organization Eteon. Brixton Lore, an Eteon operative with cybernetic implants, kills the agents except Hattie, who injects Snowflake into herself and escapes. Framed for theft, she goes on the run. Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw are assigned to work together to track down the virus. After a tense meeting, they pursue Hattie, but Brixton attacks, forcing a car chase escape. Brixton frames all three as traitors via global media. Now, Hobbs and Shaw must unite to clear their names and stop the virus.
