Kalash, the manager of a power plant, romances Asha, the daughter of a wealthy businessman. Meanwhile, Kalash’s uncle develops a new solar-powered formula to save energy, making him and Kalash very wealthy. Asha’s jealous fiancé, Jeevan, plots to have her marry Kalash so that Jeevan’s boss, Asha’s father, can inherit Kalash’s newfound wealth. To achieve this, Jeevan hires international thugs to blackmail Kalash for the ingredients of the solar power formula.
