Chintu Ji is now streaming. Rishi, son of legendary Raj Kapoor, tries his hand at politics and moves to his birth village, Hadbahedi, an isolated area where most trains don’t stop and electricity is available only six hours a day. He decides to shoot a film titled ‘Khooni Khazana’ with producer-director Malkani. Secretly, he makes a deal to lend his name to an alcoholic beverage in exchange for a plot of land in nearby Triphala and one crore rupees, while promising naive villagers he has no intention of relocating. Misled villagers believe Hadbahedi will become popular and modernized, so they assist him with all their might. Chaos and anger erupt when they discover their valuables are being stolen and women molested by the film crew, while police accuse them of harboring a terrorist responsible for the December 13, 2001 attack on the Indian Parliament.
