Shershaah is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language biographical war film directed by Vishnuvardhan and produced by Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment. The film stars Sidharth Malhotra as Captain Vikram Batra, the Indian Army officer who was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra for his bravery during the Kargil War in 1999. Kiara Advani plays Dimple Cheema, Batra’s fiancée. The movie chronicles Batra’s life from his childhood to his heroic actions in the war, highlighting his courage, leadership, and sacrifice.
